Our journey begins tucked away in a National Park day lot in the heart of the North Cascades; the year is 2001. We rented a small log cabin on wheels and sold pizza, calzones and hot chocolate to winter enthusiasts, and those locals that could find us. It was enough to garner a following and build our own pizza trailer from the ground up. With Snoqualmie Pass as our home base, we embarked on a 6-month festival tour, which eventually led us back to the mountains, in time for the upcoming ski season. This time, armed with a self-contained pizza shack, we staked our claim to a small patch of asphalt across the street from the ski resort, Summit At Snoqualmie. For the ensuing 3 years, we worked hard to establish ourselves as THE pizza shop at the Pass. Today, in 2019, we are still there. After a brief hiatus, we have taken up residence in Lee’s Summit Grocery with operators Craig Austin and his daughter Kira at the helm. We are proud to be a part of the tight community of locals, skiers and travelers that take exits 52 or 53 off interstate 90 in Washington state, high in the cascades, New York’s northern most borough.
