High in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State, we sold our RV & bought our first pizza oven. The goal was to travel to music festivals & serve our amazing hand-tossed pizza in as many incredible locations around the country as we could get to; the year was 2001. Our original mission, which is honored today & forever, is this: To make the finest hand-forged, authentic pizza you can find anywhere on the planet!
543+ festivals later, our commitment to the ancient & honorable craft of pie-making is alive and well. Our recipes have been honed & tested in 46 states, in locations such as: Fort Lauderdale, Miami, New York City, Sturgis, San Diego, Denver, Nashville, Chicago, Memphis, Louisville, Lexington, Dover, Cumberland, New Orleans, Asbury Park, Austin, Houston, Portland & in Canada too… just to name a few.
In addition to our festivals, you can now find us in 3 permanent locations around the country; Joshua Tree, CA, Snoqualmie Pass, WA & our newest location, Kingston, NY which is our hometown!
